From their website [1]:

Our dancers learn the traditional dance steps of Scotland and Ireland in a fun and supportive environment that encourages dancers of all ages and abilities to achieve their personal goals. Dancers are prepared for public performance, competitions and examinations. Dalriada Highland Dancers are trained using the technique of the Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing (SOBHD). Classes are offered for boys and girls aged 4 years to adult, from absolute beginners to championship standard. Irish dancers are registered with An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha (CLRG) and are prepared for public performance and competitions. CLRG grade exams are offered annually.
